The 10mm thickness mild steel fabricated base carries the various parts and assemblies of the machine and designed for permanent rigidity and accuracy. |

The high grade cast iron headstock is machined accurately using high quality machineries. It is roboust structure consists of main spindle assembly, collet assemble. The main spindle runs in pre-selected, pre-loaded ball bearings both in front and rear which can withstand the load while machining. The headstock and the end bracket are mounted on the machine base guided by guide bars which serves to support the cross slide and tailstock. The headstock is designed in such a way it can also withstand the load of vertical slide assembly. |

The main spindle is driven by a two hp two speed motor with endless V-belt over an intermediate countershaft and controlled by specially designed panel board. |

A built in coolant system is furnished as a standard equipment. This system contains coolant which cools and lubricates the material and cutting tools. It is actuated by an accessible gear pump driven by a chain from the feed motor and circulates the coolant oil. |
|
Other attachments like double vertical slide, cross slide, tailstock and long turning attachments are made of high grade cast irons and perfectly machined to withstand proper loads while using for machining processes.
All these attachments are operated by cams. To get high accuracy in the components all the cams are to be machined and ground accurately as per the cam design. |
